# Replete DAO Replete Finance is governed by a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), or Replete DAO. The token associated with Replete Finance grants the user voting rights in how the protocol is to be governed. One token equals one vote. Until the token generation event (TGE), there is no option to conduct voting for Replete DAO.
